This is my friend Louis Vecchio, he is a really awesome guy that plays the drums for New Politics. If you are not familiar with their band, you should check it out, you may like it. They are a couple of guys from Copenhagen that play rock music and break dance, definitely entertaining! That's a good bro hug!

I met The Fray a few years ago when the drummer, Ben, contacted me about wanting to get tattooed, so of course I said hell yeah :) So it all began, I've had the pleasure of getting to know these guys quite well now and have really enjoyed our times together over the years now. Ben has collected a handful of cool tattoos from me as well as their guitar player Dave, all n all just really cool guys too.
Tattoos are not always about perfection, sometimes it is more about the memory and living in the moment, this is life and it is supposed to be fun. There has been plenty of times while on tour that I have let people tattoo each other, just the same as I have gotten tattooed by random people many of times too. We are clean and safe about it all and have never regretted a single moment of it. Chrissy Costanza, Travis Clark, and myself having some fun. Teaching Pete Wentz how to make his mark on Dirty. The Fray leaving their mark on me.. "skrillex" waaaay before he was Skrillex Ashlee Simpson and I shared a moment together as well.. Also showed Demi Lovato a thing or two about making a little tattoo. Cassadee Pope, winner of The Voice, has also been a wonderful victim along the way. hahaha
We The Kings are a band from Florida made up of some great guys. They have always treated me like family, while inviting me to join them on the road making tattoos for them along the way. These guys love to get tattooed and during some of the craziest moments of Warped Tour is where you can usually find us hidden on a bus making some magic happen. I've spent many hours working with these guys, and I've enjoyed every minute of it along the way. Travis has pretty much gotten both of his arms sleeved out by me at this point, many as reminders of where he has come from along with new memories of his wife and family as well. Danny and I have been working on his black n grey sleeve for a while now too, I really like the underwater and atlantis scene we made. Hunter has really gotten some fun tattoos as well. I love all of his Beetles inspired tattoos, including his "Lucy in the Sky" tattoo, along with his really challenging fixer-upper we made happen too. Charles Trippy joined in for some pixelated pizza fun too. Sometimes tattooing is just about the moment you are living in and wanting to remember an experience in life and at the end of the every tour with these guys I always leave feeling happy and excited about the tattoos we made together and the time shared. Thank you WTK family.
In 2006 I became good friends with a great guy named Joe Trohman. Joe is known for founding and playing guitar in Fall Out Boy, which is a very successful pop rock band originally from Chicago. Over the years of becoming friends, Joe has invited me to travel with him on many of his US tours to make tattoos for him, his band mates and crew members along the way. For myself just being a weird guy from southern Georgia who grew up listening to their music, I have always been very honored and excited to travel and work with these guys. Joe has spent many hours collecting both sleeves and a full chest tattoo from me. Another band member, Pete Wentz, has also collected a handful of tattoos from me on his arm as well. There is never a dull moment traveling with these guys too, super fun tours and all around great people. Thanks for the memories guys! It's been pretty cool to see a few moments in life get captured on film for the world to see as well. Magazines printing photos involving moments where I am tattooing and showing off the work I did. Below is a moment where I was tattooing Pete Wentz of Fall Out Boy, while Brendon Urie of Panic At the Disco decided to join us and film for an episode of Drunk History. Pretty entertaining for sure. Here is also a pretty awesome Vine post that Brendon made while I was tattooing his drummer Dan. Jeremy McKinnon is the frontman of the band A Day to Remember. Many years ago, after watching me make many tattoos on his band mates, I was honored to be asked to tattoo a full sleeve on Jeremy. He already had a pre-existing tattoo on the back side of his arm that he wanted to add on to and incorporate into the rest of his arm. With the ideas of both a sinking ship and 10000 Leagues Under the Sea both incorporated into the tattoo, this is what we made over many years. I wanted to show these tattoos because a lot of people ask me about this one specifically,
Thanks Jeremy, Miss you bud. I have many great memories with the guys of A Day to Remember, making their tattoos and spending time traveling the country watching them play music to a ton of people every night. There is never a dull moment with these guys and I really enjoyed all the time spent and tattoos made with these guys. I spent many years on tour making unique tattoos for each of them, love these guys. I tattooed most of Kevin's right arm, he wanted a few new school big eye characters on his arm, I thought it came out looking pretty rad! Alex plays drums in ADTR, great guy! He is the first to get tattooed by me, I made a full sleeve on him of rocket ships, UFOs and astronauts, super fun. I tattooed this pretty rad clock and snake on Neil, he plays guitar in A Day to Remember. Super fun live shows, super fun tattoos and good times all around. Mayday Parade is a group of awesome guys that have been doing really well at playing music for over a decade now. They are also from the same town that I live in, Tallahassee Florida. Growing up in the same area, I even had the pleasure of playing a little music with a few of these guys years ago. I've also had the pleasure of making tattoos for them as well, atleast the guys who have them. We spent many years and had a lot of fun making this Florida themed tattoo for Brooks,
his hair is so much nicer than mine too. hahahah |
